1st attempt of vintage dress nails with prints on paper, inspired by a post about Frankenstein nails on rookie. A bit messy but will surely try to make it better. Wonder if it can stand a shower, not sure if it’s waterproof after the top coat.

I bought some little googly eyes online then Momo stuck them on my nails. The googlies were really cheap—I got them here. They are so fun to rub all day like worry beads.

I tried doing my nails last night, only like a boss I drew half the letters on upside down, hence the awkward pose. I made these in honour of Worn, the publication I work for when not doing Rookie things (it’s a print publication for fashion nerds. We call ourselves Wornettes because it sounded cuter than Wornstars).
Anyway, I’m trying to think of some good Rookie themed nails to do next (and quick - I’m visiting my family this week and dipping into my sister’s arsenal of nail polish). Ideas?
